3 Month Intensive Coaching Container (Virtual via Zoom)
$3,000 / 3 Months (1 hour session per week)
This is a 3 month commitment to meeting for 1 hour 1x per week for 3 months. The structure of this container is based on research on length of time most conducive to prompting change without leading to burnout. This structure is also based on the coaching & mentorship containers which brought me the greatest shifts.
We will begin by getting to know one another and exploring areas of your life that you feel that you struggle with - this could include areas of your life that in theory “looks good” to others, but which do not feel fulfilling. This could include be behavioral patterns which you recognize within yourself but don’t know how to change.
I will ask you questions, some of which may be uncomfortable. My request is that you do your utmost to remain open, and willing to explore things which may feel uncomfortable to your ego. The discomfort may stem from you having to acknowledge aspects of yourself that you feel are bad, shameful or embarrassing. This can present as a sense that “this is unnecessary”, or that I’m just trying to make you feel badly about yourself.
You are tasked with taking these feelings into your own personal reflection. I would encourage you to pray to be shown what is true when your protective parts kick up and cloud your ability to see clearly. Pray to God, the Universe, Source Consciousness… whatever you call the Higher Intelligence which has access to far more than our limited human minds.

5 Day In-Person Immersive Experience
$5,000
Completion of at least 1 series of the 3 Month Intensive Coaching Container is required prior to being considered for this experience.
This is an intensive experience which will include various modalities to open you up to dive deep within the shadow.
This is not something we dive right into, this is something we will consider after building a foundation of trust, and after you have shown that you are capable of recognizing when your protective parts want to kick up and fight the person who is leading you to your darkest parts.
This experience will be supported by at least one other facilitator, who will be providing supportive experiences such as: breath work, sound healing, etc.
Options for dedicated on-site chef may available and costs can be discussed.
Offering is typically provided in Phoenix, Arizona. Alternative locations can be accommodated - additional costs for travel and lodging needs will be determined prior to committing to offering.

Energy Work, Kambo Ceremony, or other Ceremonies with Nature’s Medicine
Energy work: In-person, local energy work. This is supportive to my other offerings as this can help begin to move stuck energy within your system. Enabling movement of stuck energy can lead to the surfacing of unprocessed emotions, so openness and a willingness to be present with what comes up is necessary for this offering to be beneficial. These sessions can be particularly supportive for those participating in my coaching container. Inquire for pricing - contingent on length of time per session and anything else we may incorporate.
Kambo Ceremony: (Will be available starting March 15, 2025) Inquire for more information - will begin scheduling now.
Hape Ceremony: Hape is the first plant medicine that I developed a relationship with and grew to understand how plants can be tremendously loving teachers & help us access deeper layers within ourselves. This is a ceremonial snuff which will leave you feeling like you just got smacked in the face, yet this “smack” is the perfect entry point to surrender into & open yourself up.
